I like log homes because always wanted to have an elegant atmospheric place to live. It looks fascinating to me to have a house build of wood, have timber flooring, windows and al stuff. Besides just my desire fulfillment I got real advantages with my timber based house. Wood is a bad conductor, so it keep your indoor temperature persistent, warm in winter and cool in summer.
